The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Mizoram, Shri Lalduhoma presented Samuel Lalbiakhlua of his recognition by the International Book of Records as the youngest paragliding pilot in the world.
Samuel Lalbiakhlua (11yrs 156days) 5th Grade kid from Saitual Village in Mizoram, India.
